چکیده

The honeycomb TbInO3 has attracted wide research attention due to its fascinating physical properties. However, single crystal was difficult grow owing the high melting point and serious volatilization of indium during growth. In this study, element effectively suppressed by controlling growth atmosphere pressure. excess ratio oxide determined, pure hexagonal obtained laser floating zone method. Systematic studies on structure optical ferroelectric properties were carried out. distortion resulted in improper geometric revealed diffraction Raman spectrum measurements. topological vortex domains P-E hysteresis loop demonstrated presence ferroelectricity. great potential application memory.
